Running a Social Voting contest - Need thoughts on a platform

    Hi all

    I am looking to run a contest where people get to submit an idea, and others get to vote on it. I'd like it to leverage social media in some way (I was originally thinking of running it on Facebook) and would like for the more popular ideas to "bubble up" (a la dig)

    I'm a bit stumped on a platform for all of this - Any thoughts?
