I did content worth Rs1800 or USD 35 approx for him. He refused to pay upfront but since the amount was small I trusted him.

He refused to pay without an invoice and agreed but sent the invoice a few weeks later since I was in no hurry for the payment.

After sending the invoice, several days passed without any reply from his side. He kept saying will pay today but never did.

Whenever time came for payment, he started not attending calls either.

Today I kept calling him because he kept cutting my calls without replying. Again, he promised to pay but but never did. At the end of the banking hours, I messaged him that if payment wasn't sent by end of day then he would be called at midnight.

There he ordered me to never talk to him like that else he would never pay! As if he is doing me a favor by paying me, like it isn't a compulsion for him because of fair business ethics!

I again messaged him to pay by end of day but again no reply.

The amount being small, that isn't a concern, but I want to make sure that nobody ever deals with him again.

I am extremely sorry for what I did, I truly am. There was a serious misunderstanding between Nikhil and me. There was miscommunication. However, all that has been cleared.

Nikhil is genuine, he is not a fraud, he is not a scammer. He is indeed genuine and I wouldn't mind working with him again.

LOL. This happens so often. A person comes, screams "foul!" only to find out in a few days that the other person wasn't a scammer.

Just contact the mods asking to remove the thread. My question to you is, why in the world would you be so impatient for $35?

 

You see what happens? Someone comes on here and gives out {personal information} labelling someone a cheat and a scammer. Then we find out there was just an honest delay. This sort of thing happens all the time here. We need to remember when reading these type of threads, that there are *always* two sides to the story.
