Scammer

joemeca is a scammer. I did work for him for his arcade site. Then I did work for him for his traffic site he said everything was perfect except for a few things and then he told me that he wasnt going to pay me and was going to get someone else to do it. So i pretty much wasted my time.

I don't know and I dont think it matters. Anyways whats done is done and what will happen will happen

You should of asked him to pay 50% up front, thats what most people do now because you simply can't trust anyone these days.

 

And yes he is using what I made for him.

 

have you contacted him asking for him to remove it? is so..
contact his host
if his host dont care contact whoever supllies the servers for his host
if they dont care then get someone to "take care" of his site one way or the other..

that 50% thing is pretty BS
im never going to pay for anything before work is done
3 times i have had people take months before coming up with anything
and a few times i have had people keep the 50% when the work wasnt good enough

 

yah just contact his host if you have proof its yours they might remove it.

I did not do anything wrong it was a crappy design and I am not going to pay for it just like I wouldn't with anyone else. The other 2 jobs you did for me where fine and yes I paid you and you even left positive feedback

 

Your just mad because you just got proved and I'm going to hit you 10x harder then you even know.

 

joemeca..that was a pretty lame comeback, especially if you're trying to maintain a positive reputation at this forum. I would reconsider your reply in this thread and make it into a rebuddle or the truth because you just made your self look like an ass and a scammer.

 

You should make a list of scammers on this board.

 

I just contacted his host about copyright infringment. If they don't do anything about it I will do something that Joe and hostgator wont like.

 

Personally, I think threatening a business (Hostgator) is not a wise thing in a forum.

Was that the agreement? You don't have to pay if you're not satisfied? If that's not what you agreed on, then you owe DPTony the money for his time.
