    what screen resolution you use on your system and the important question is that for which resolution you design your websites;
    I go for 800 by 600 pixels;

    My screen resolution is 1280*1024, am not a web designer but our designers use 800*600 to design websites, I think everybody doing websites go for this resolution since many users still have this screen resolution.

    My own is 1024x768. Most of my viewers are the same resolution, with 800x600 being the 2nd most popular.

    i dont know how you cope with 800x600 it would drive me nuts, i use 1280x1024 both at work and at home and my work computer uses 2 screens at that resolution. For usabilty reasons all websites should still be designed in 800x600 though the majority of people have migrated to 1024x768 now
