I am seeking help to improve my Adsense revenue. Please visit my website http://www.ozbnbdir.com and make constructive suggestions.

I can't work out the best layout and placement.

I have put Adsense ads after the paid lmembership listings and before the free basic listings but these stand out like a sore thumb! e.g. see this page

Also open to paying a professional to improve things if available. Please PM me with quote and details of offer.

I think you can place adsense links under left menu (and make menu and google links in the same style).

What about ads... When I have ads just like you (skyscraper) on the right (or left) side my CTR was poor. Then i give square ads into center of my side (above or in articles) - CTR was then much higher.

    Thanks nicram

I may actually delete the adsense skycraper on the home page. I just read in another forum post that it is not a good idea to give people a way out of your site on the home page.

You may also have noticed that I do not have Adsense ads on all pages. I feel I have a commitment to my paying members to promote their properties before showing any Ads from Google (or elsewhere). My members bring in much more income than Google Ads. But Google Adsense is a nice addtion during my slow months.

If there are no more suggestions then perhaps someone can recommend a good professional that that I can pay to help me. Is there such a thing as a professional Adsense adviser?

The other option may be to set up a contest for a new template and have Adsense incorporated. What do you think.
