What do you guys think..? Sell up my shi*tty sites that everyone has (arcade + myspace) and move onto my more content niche sites.. my sites make a decent amount so i would be able to develop my niche sites loads more, but its nice having easy money every month..

I would either invest all my time in doing SEO for the myspace site, to be on top positions OR sell the sites while people still want to have one and use all your money+time in your niche sites.

Depends on how much it makes really. I suggest selling, if you already have your crosshairs on some niches & you need funds to develop & promote them.

i'd say do what you would like to do! If you make a steady amount now and like the work, why not keep it. But if you are not satisfied, well then go and work on other things!

Don't use the word 'shi**tty' sites. lol cos I think I did buy one of those from you ;)

Well, I feel that it would be best to sell off what you think is not performing or do not have the time and resources to develop it further. It will help free you up from working on them and allow others a chance to work on it.

I take it the myspace and arcade sites don't take much to run? I'd hang on to them. Odds are they'll only earn more as time goes on, and if they don't take much time to administrate, why sell them? Unless you're desperate for cash.

Well, that's pretty true. I don't deny that anything MySpace related can be a gold mine and rightfully so ever since it has been in the News.

It all depends on how big you want yourself to me, I am happy at the moment to just play a small role here as I just do not have the resources to make it as huge as the rest of the big players, at least not now.

I guess different people have different priorities. I do have sites which requires a fresh new perspective and inputs because I do not have the ability to bring it to the next level, those I do intend to sell.

I shall not say how much a goldmine that little site you sold me, Terry or else you may want to take it back ;) lol.

There is nothing wrong is selling what you cannot handle.

I've just sold 2 4 month old travel sites, to concentrate on my main business (not in the signature) and my travel blog. I dislike myspace sites, and surely you can earn more money on a niche blog or website.
