Selling brand look a like sunglasses one ebay?

    I was wondering if you can sell sunglasses on ebay that are compared to brands like: nike, adidas, tommy, maui him, ray ban, etc. They are not replicas or anything like that, they have a similar look to each brands but no fake logos or it's names on the sunglasses or packages.

    Can i list them on ebay and use titles with the brand's names to attract people to the listing? Can i say things like: Compare to Adidas Sunglasses

    They'll kick you off if they find out which wont be very long trust me, ebay is a snake these days.

    No, that is explicitly against Ebay's Terms. You can't compare your product to another brand.

    You can't mention the "compared to" brand anywhere in your listing but I don't see you having a problem selling the glasses.

    Just don't mention the brand at all and you should be fine.
