    I think Etsy might be a good choice for you especially since your products are handmade. If you're on Shopify already, join their forums and ask for advice. For example, there are several posts offering advice to new store owners:

    It depends what you are selling. Each and every platform has its own strengths. However, for leather products I think Tibolli.NET should be good option. For instance one of my colleague has his site leatherjackethub Australia which is is in Open Cart. But whenever we meet, he grumbles that his developer is doing changes really slow. So I wonder, why should we have such a platform in which we have to rely on others. Why shouldn't it be like drag and drop feature?
