    "Huge Potential"

Every time I see a website offered on DP and it says "huge potential" I get a chuckle. I am not sure if people feel the same way about that description as I do.

I always want to make a lowball offer on those and say .... my $10 has huge potential too. If you manage it properly, it will turn into much more. Maybe I can pay with my "huge potential" money for someone's "huge potential" website.

In my real life experience at one of the last businesses where I worked the owner was trying to sell it. It was worth a lot of money, but he was asking for millions more than it was worth. One of the potential buyers made the comment to me that the owner told him it had "huge potential" and he made the comment back to me. He said, "yea, but it is my hard work that is going to turn that potential into money. Why would I pay him a premium for work he didn't do"

Anyone selling on "huge potential" is asking you to pay in advance for your own hard work needed to make it so.

    "CS Passed"

That is another one that kills me. People say that like it is a positive attribute. Nobody who actually wrote their own content would ever need to say it is "CS Passed" because it is, in fact, original. The only people who need to say that are people who spun someone else's content or rewrote someone else's work and want you to know that you wont get caught since they did such a good job spinning or re-writing that it passed copyscape. "CS Passed" = some shit I did not write
