Sellling & Buying Sites vs Blogs..

Have heard abt selling & buying Sites on Market place but nothing woth blogs.. why so.. is the market now competive enough for this.

 

Well, you can buy and sell sites which includes Blogs. It is really just an issue of supply and demand.

 

i am talking abt an individual blog...

for example those which we have on blogspot etc

or rather selling your blog account..

 

Blogger blogs can be sold, but people generally do not prefer to buy em as it is a free service.
I see quite a few blogs being put up for sale ( ones with wp on one's own server).
And we do not sell our account when we sell blogger blogs. He is added and we are withdrawn

 

but what abt the account; if it contains other blogs of the individual...

i mean does the login & pasword will still work for the one sold out..

 

I guess those intending to sell probably create one blog per account and sell that account and if there is more than one blog in that account, they probably sell everything as a single transaction.

 

Transferring a blogger one goes like this


The person selling has to "add new team member" in "settings".

Buyer will receive an invite email which he has to confirm yes. Then he becomes a team member.

The seller then leaves the blog as team member and the Buyer will be the sole owner of the blog."

So the account still remains.
