SEO will never stop. There is no way to stop it. They come out with Algorithms that just change the rules for SEO but don't destroy it.

 

SEM (Search Engine Manipulation) isn't marketing.

SEO will never die, it will just become more and more sophisticated as time goes by, and it will become harder to master. But disappear? Never.

If not Google, people will move on to Bing. There will always be passion and demand for SEO.

 

Google is not going to end the SEO. Google just want to make the quality sites stand in the top and low qualities in the last. Optimization is not going to end but the over optimization is not good according to Google's latest ranking and quality results producing algorithm (penguin).

 

No, absolutely not. They have just "improved" upon the algorithm that ranks websites.

SEO and linkbuilding will never stop even though much depends on Google. If Google will stop all kinds of SEO he will make a collapse of internet marketing from which Google itself greatly depends.

 

If SEO was a product then Google could attempt to stop it (but it would never be completely stopped) but as it is a service this means that SEO can't be stopped. It is very organic however and as it changes very quickly - quicker than Google can release updates - there are very few definitive rules which do not change. I think this is why some people, especially those new to the SEO world, feel that there is an end in sight. This certainly won't happen. SEO is a pure service and as long as there is a search engine, there will be SEO'ers.

 

I can't imagine Google stepping away from so much money- there is NO way they will stop SEO

No not in any ways, because Google get lots of revenue from Ads Word, Ad Sense , PPC etc. which are the most important part of . So don’t worry about it. SEO will never stop but i will surely increase in India also in Within Next 5 to 10 years. If SEO end then who will manage the webmaster tools. seo is the medium between the search engine and the site. Only putting the keywords in the title and writing contents not makes any sense. Everything make proper by seo with the link building to structure of url & also involve many people in this field so their family’s with carrier facing the problem .
