set up adsense on my blog

hi friends i am 46 year old guy, just came up to know about adsense about a month ago. From last 8 days i am working on my blog and i update it daily with at least 1 post.

Today i think i should apply for adsense but i want to know your advice if this blog can get selected or not.

please have a look at it and suggest me the ways to improve.

I had a wordpress blog with 3 articles on it get accepted in about 3 hours time from when I submitted the request.

your webpage is pretty fine; in fact, I liked it. For its appearance, I think your site will get approved, but you have to be patient.

Anyway, ocassionally some images didn't loaded, and I had to refresh the website.

If I were you, I would get a TLD domain and try to fix some validation errors (check http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=h...(detect+automatically)&doctype=Inline&group=0)

 

why, are the domain selective

and also, if i change it to blogspot.com again, than can i get it.

I don't know if adsense accepts .co.cc webpages (I don't think there's much difference and Google shouldn't care), but it does with blogspot subdomains. It's your choice.

Personally, I prefer .blogspot subdomains than .co.cc's.

Personally i think the content matters more than this domain thing, but i have changed my domain to blogspot now

Apply for adsense with blogspot address. You should get approved.

 

Add few more posts and it seems you have unique content so you should get approved

 

your website should be atleast 6 months old to get approved with adsense..good luck..

 

i do not agree with this one, as i seen many with couple of days old website getting approved.

 

That's not true... i made a blog in one day and got approved the next day. Its based on content and domain name, and if its adsense compliant.

I belong to the USA. Sorry but i don't give out my websites. Believe me just go get 30 pages at least of content and index them through out a few months (preferably a year). You can edit the dates of the pages that are posted. After that, post some pictures(2-3) then apply.

When you applied and got approved? This is a new TOS that came before couple of months. I applied for my friend and she got rejected for 6 months limitation.

 

Well the people who apply around here that i have seen, have "one article" and then a normal word press design and a domain. That's not going to cut it obviously.

You have to have at least 30-50 articles on your site and have somewhat of a more then original design. If you have to wait 6 months to get approved that's because your articles weren't labeled to show your sites been around that long.

For instance:

If i have 30-50 articles, i want to label them through a spread of a year:

Jan
5 articles
Feb
6 articles
March
4 articles
and ect.

Also you want to label those articles in the month, through out the month.

1/22/09
1/27/09
1/30/09

Doing this will convince google your blog has been around for a long time, also add comments and do the same thing. Its not hard to get approved, i didn't know much about adsense but i knew about this technique and it got me approved the vary next day.
