    Hi
    I wish to setup myself for my business in canada for Future purposes only. i am a canadian PR but currently in usa. I plan to do online selling but am not sure. So I may have no activity for next 12 months.

    At this stage I am planning to make a visit to Canada and was curious if I can setup a business registeration (LLC,Corporation etc) just for future purposes.

    1> What is the easiest setup? I plan to set it up in Calgary/Edmonton! LLC? corporation ?
    2> As I will be going back to USA, I will not have a address in canada. Is it a problem?
    3>I wish to setup something which does not require any paperwork on day to day basis. You see I will not have any income or activities so wish something which does not require paperwork/tax or maintenance/cost requirements

    Can canadian members guide me pls
