Payment and shipment termsThe scammers prefer Western Union, Paypal and etc, and they never deliver goods through formal channels in China. I think if you order a large amount of goods worth millions dollars, expecially for big corperations, doing a thorough background check (which usally costs hundreds of dollars) is necessary. Just my opinion, haha.
