Sharethis.com vs. AddThis.com

I was wondering which program/site would you suggest going with ShareThis.com or AddThis.com?

I tried to search the forums they have available to see which one has had less problems but I wasn't really able to come to a clear conlcusion.

So, I thought I'd ask forum members to give me some input on which one provides the better program/services and why?

    Thanks ahead of time

I don't use either. I was using sharethis but the plugin for WordPress was getting so slow that I gave up on it. No point in having a plugin if it hangs up your site loading.

Neither one is really that great, I would say it's better to add social bookmarking links by hand. Most people are used to seeing little AddThis.com applications on sites, so they just ignore them like advertisements.

You beat me to it. For at least a year, I've noticed how minimally these kinds of services are ever used. All you need is delicious/facebook/twitter/digg/stumbleupon icons - those always have a much higher success rate than one of these 'everything in one' bars that you have to choose a service from.
