Shopsite and X-Cart?

    Management's having a look at these two packages, http://www.shopsite.com/ and http://www.x-cart.com/. Anyone have any opinions on either?

    X-Cart looks more promising to a control freak like me since it's PHP based. (In fact, it looks very similar to OSC -- any relation?)
