Should I Remove All Adsense From My Site?

Discussion in 'Placement / Reviews / Examples' started by Thumperhartley, Jul 8, 2007.

I posted a thread in website reviews and the feedback was that I should remove adsense for now until the site is more established. I have asked on that thread but this seems more relevant area. Please review the ads/placement on yourhostedimages.com.

I assume this advice was because some of the ads might drive my visitors away to competitors. Uniques are up to approx 50 per day after 5 days. If I do remove what is a good limit to reinstate them?

Thanks for any advice in advance

I disagree, there is always a need for free image service and you need to make money. I would keep them up unless you think that paid image hosting is going to make you good money. If that's the case, I would remove them but I am not sure how many paid accounts you will get.

Thanks for your reply. I realise that there is no money in paid hosting of images, it's just an option from the script I left in. I'm not expecting many paid account signups but you never know.
