Show Adsense Ads in a DIV when rollover text

    Is this allowed?

    By having Adsense Ads in a <DIV> and the ads only shows up when the user rollover an image or text?

    To close the <DIV>, the user need to click the the "close" text.

    I would think not (because it can be seen as "drawing undue attention to the ads" which is not allowed according to their TOS), but I suppose there is no harm in asking Google directly. :)
