Silly Freelancer projects??

    Anybody here use Freelancer to look for work? I'm fairly new to the site, but I've noticed a lot of projects being listed as people paying $30 to $250 (or sometimes $250 to $750) for a site that makes anywheres for $10 to $150 in adsense per day. Is it me or is that just really silly??? I don't think it's that easy to make a site like that. And even if it were, why would someone "make" a site and give it to someone when they're going to be making all the profit? Why not keep it for themselves and make more money. Is that type of stuff for real?? Or what the heck!!!!!!!!!

    The people who can make $10/days from Adsense will never sell his/her site for few hundreds since s/he is actually earn more than thousand within 4 months. Only scammer will bid for this kind of projects.
    Or the website is using black hat, it earn $10/day but high risk to get banned before get the payment
