    is't againts TOS or any suggestion ?

    site looks ok...i think the ad at the left side would look better without borders...:D

    yeah it looks better...i really have nothing more to comment on your site...i think the placement is ok...one thing though blend text and link color in your ad so that the link will appear as text and not stand out as a link, makes it more blended that way...

    concentrate on link building and content now...
