    hi

i have created a Sitemap on google, it worked initialy fine , but suddenly fromlast 1 week it is finding 404 Errors on my site. There are 94 so far

i have downloaded the 404 Errors from google and checked each link and found that all are 100% valid links and there is no error 404 on any of link

i have attached the file with this post all 94 links are there you can check yourself.

if you wan to see the sitemap which have been added to google see this

    http://www.click.pk/sitemap.xml

there is no Crawl Error or any other Error in sitemap.

i am really not sure what is going on.

one more thing i noticed that , before these sitemap erors there were 400+ indexed pages at google and now there are only 112

can any one guide me whats wrong is gone

    thanks

Those are back dated error messages. Has the date been updated since you have posted this problem?

Now I am seeing 68 pages in the index which could be caused by the sitemap.

There have been many discussions on here with people who seen their site get droppped from index after submitting a Google Sitemap, when the site was removed from the Google account the site count went up in the index. Nobody knows the exact reason for this but 'I believe' that when you submit a sitemap you are giving Google a better edge of looking at your site for problems or to determine the age factor which can result in pages getting dropped from the index.
