Sitemaps and PR (pr prediction?)

    I was just checking my sitemaps account and I noticed for one of my sites that the page with the highest pagerank (under crawl stats) has changed for May (see screenshot) although there was no PR update.
    Has anyone else seen this?

    Just a clarification of the "prediction" in the title. Up until now the page with the highest pr at that site had a pr of 4. Now google sitemaps shows that another page (the index) do you think that this means that it's getting a pr of 5 or more? (something like the googl directory placing prediction thing)

    PS: I understand that PR updates all the time but it's the first time I have seen this.
