SitePoint Forum Banned Me - WHY?

1. Why the hell do you care one way or another about whether sitepoint has banned you? Just move on and find another forum to post in. There's nothing special about sitepoint.

2. Why the hell do you think anyone here cares whether or not you are banned at sitepoint? I know I speak for myself and not necessarily a single other DP member when I say, "We don't care!".

Hello forum. I was recently banned from Yahoo Chat for trying to solicit sexual favors in the 20s Lesbian forum. I pretended to be a homosexual female when in reality I am heterosexual male. Somehow, someone knew I wasn't legit and reported me and got me banned. Can a few of you guys email Yahoo and tell them you know me, and know for a fact I'm a lesbian. I can't go on living without Yahoo Chat, I mean, there aren't chat rooms just everywhere, are there? Thanks in advance.

By the time they came here, this thread would be dead. sitetutor can't even get them to merge his old account with his new account!!!! Admin said they would!! Name changes take forever there, even though it only takes 30 seconds to go in to da admin, change the name, and press submit!!!!!!

 

C'mon , there are alot of board wherein you could post. Try not to get so emotionally attached with all the boards you've been with.

i sent an email, pm's but got no response. the only response i received from Mr. Mod who banned me again.....idiot

btw i am member of all forums and it's not a big deal if i will not go again on SP because i have so many choices. like i like to be here on DP... hope DP will not ban me like poor SP staff

Because my old account never got merged. Never put all your eggs in the same basket. unless of course you're on DP where multiple user accounts are a no no

I think Sitepoint sucks. I gave them an honest try, and got PM's saying my posts are too short. I think they are post nazi's, so I'll just stick with DP

It's weird, for a while they've seemed really cool, but lately they're all about hunting for reasons to criticise their members.

 

You guys can always take your grievances to the www.forumpostersunion.com

We represent all disgruntled forum posters, we can get you back in under your original user name!

We have threatened posters strikes and slander against forums and they really don't want that so they always negotiate a favorable settlement with the union on behalf of our members!

 

Did you identify where you went wrong and let them know your mistake won't be repeated?
