    seems like they're using some sort of css code to make the adsense box drag along as you scroll... i wonder if thats in TOS? It really grabs my attention.

    It's a pretty simple thing to do - I think shawn did it on here at one point (I may be wrong about this) but then took it down...

    I'd be surprised if it was allowed in the TOS, but couldn't say for sure.
