    I'd be very cautious about the top where you have links right next to the ads - hard to differentiate.

    And I'd be very careful that the "support us paypal" right next to the ads couldn't be misinterpreted as an exhortion to click the ads to support you.

    update:

    but as you can see it is not ideal, it could be ideal with sidenotes ,the title,text and little text but it isn't and i cant do nothing to make ot 100% ideal , well i could change the page sidenotes style....hmm :(

    Well, I tried that one technique found earlier and it seems to have a pretty decent CTR for me. This was the technique where you blend in some additional links below the 336x280 banner.

    An example can be seen at: http://www.layoutcookbook.com/

    The "Ads By Google" also blends with the text above it, so it doesn't stand out quite as much as it normally would. I think this helps also.
