smart pricing - any ideas what's wrong?

Hi,

I'm running an multilingual site for legale free mobile games. The traffic is continually increasing over the last months, the site is listed nicely in Google - so I'm basically happy with my site.

I've put AdSense on the site all over the time but the site is smart priced I think. Per click ~3 to 10 Cent. CTR is ok. I know mobile content Ad's are not high-price Ad's, but that's to low...

Any ideas what's wrong with the Ad's or the placement or whatever? Thanks for feedback!

Everything is more than right. I run several gaming websites and that is exactly what clicks are worth 3-10 cents.. couple times a day I will get a 1.50 or a .75 cent click, sometimes as low as several clicks for a penny, at the end of the day with x,xxx clicks it all averages out to be around 6 cents per click, about 50% down from same time last year.

 

oh, and one more thing, multilingual site = multingual non us, uk traffic. And click traffic from most countries other than the two above listed ones pays next to nothing.

 

i have tons of 3 cent click from the chinese verison of one of my site
you might want to move your ads around, try to put it right under the picture of your games

 

Thanks for the feedback. The traffic ist mostly german. I will try to optimise for more US/UK traffic...but if the costs'per'click are that low I've not much hope. Last year the site had half the traffic and the same earnings. Sad...
