    I manage a Portuguese Mobile Phones Content Website.
    I would like to know if there is any script for sending SMS to Portuguese Mobile GSM Networks (Vodafone, TMN, Optimus)

    There's a site (sms.ac) that you can send free SMS from it, but not sure if it works for all countries. It doesn't work for my country. :(

    In my country, I'm registered on orange.sk and I have free 10 SMS per month to send in the Orange Slovakia network. Maybe you can try to contact e.g. Vodafone and ask them.
