    I just read a great article which re-enforces the need to bring back personality into social media. Here's a quote: "Share your good days, your bad days, your likes, your dislikes, and the occasional goofball story or ill-tempered rant that reminds people you’re “just like them”. You get pissed off? SO DO THEY!"

    Zappos is an online retailer which genuinely puts customer service first and are often referenced in case studies. It's worth checking them out. Amazon bought them for $928m!
