What else depends on what you want? What's your objective? Are you just looking to boost your page likes? Do you want sales? Do you want people to interact? You have to factor all this in.

For eg. your morning wishes, maybe not all your followers are active at that time. Try staggering posts throughout the day and seeing what time you have the most engagement. Quality content is fine but let it speak to the person. Personally, I believe it all comes down to engagement. You have to create conversations.
