Sole Proprietorship OR LLP for Web Development Company in India?

    Hello friends,

    I am going to start a web development company, but not only limited to web development company, I'm thinking to start some national projects also to improve education of India through web project/site.

    So, basically, I have asked chartered accountant ( C.A. ) to register a LLP company. I have asked to register LLP because I did some researched but not sure.
    But, C.A. told me to register a Sole Proprietorship type of company. So, I am here confused after that statement. Which type of website should I register? If Sole Proprietorship is good enough, why companies in India are still there with LLP registration?

    Help me, which company should I register?
