Solve my Digg submission question

While I submit my site in digg i got this error:
What need to be done for solving this problem

Have you ever used that domain to send spam emails? Have you ever had it listed in Warez directories or anything similar?

My suggestion is to get a new domain. That's it. taht domain is screwed.

 

I have not submitted my site any Warez directories yet

 

It is with some ma domains too.. too interested to get the answer.. but i brought that domain from someone.. m not sure if he had spammed with that before..
