You could disable right click but if they want your content they'll still be able to get it..

You can simply send an email to the hosting provider of this person. If they are serious they will suspend his account ( of cource after beieng sure that he is copying your content ).
    Thanks

One word: no. If the user can see it, it can be copied.

Looks like there using one of those rss auto posters,
try limiting your rss feed to one or two lines with a "continue reading" button

Edit: this obviously won't change the content already on there but will prevent them doing so in the future, or at least give them some extra work

I had someone doing this to me several moths ago - I simply provided them with a "custom feed" so every time they visited my site they got some new content.

I was hosting my own blog so it was easy to write a bit of code and do this - but with a hosted blog this is a bit more difficult.

if hes auto posting your content using RSS to Post plugin.

Add copyright message to your blog feed using feedburner feed flare.

Your copyright will show up on his blog, you will get a backlink to your posts and your blog will not get penalized for duplicate content.

blog content is really easy to rip the codes or the source.
i think there's no other way to avoid this kind of situation.

i am using wordpress not a blog.
wordpress is not that easy to rip the codes :)

    best and regards :)
