    • Lasso Selection tools: These tools let you to quickly select area of the file by using the mouse to draw a lasso around them.
    • Move tool: Only single tool allow you to move objects in the document window, and this is it. It allows you to move several items, as well as guides, objects and shapes in shape layers, and content objects.
    • Quick Selection tools: These tools can wisely select areas of the document by detecting areas that are identical to those chosen by the mouse.
    • Crop and Slice tools: The Crop tool lets you select an area of the file to keep and take away the part around it. The Slice tools are used for creating clickable hot areas for Web images
    • Shape Selection tools: These tools permit you to quickly select areas of the document. With rectangle, ellipse, row, and column shapes.

    Again, a simple google search will list many other detailed explanation of each tool. I don't think there was a need of re-writing it.
