Some questions on picking an Online Shop suited CMS

I know this has been discussed over and over again. But, i have some specific question.

First of all, the main question is simple: which CMS should i choose.

    It should have these functions:

    1. Multiple level users: Like and administrator, several shop owners that can add products trough a form and can modify the products added by them but can't change anything added by others or the sites files. Also, i would like to have several kinds of buyers, like normal buyers and devoted buyers that would get some discounts or special offers.

    2. Multiple level shop owners. I would like to be able to organise my shop owners users mentioned above in some categories. Mainly in 2 categories: the normal ones and the ones willing to pay a small fee so that their products would appear in a dedicated space on the site above the unpaid products.

    3. The CMS should allow comments/review for the products (most CMSs have this already)

Hmmm, these are the main demands. All others small things are already featured by most CMSs.

So, what i have in mind are:

    1. Joomla + Virtuemart - like the coding, has the advantage of having language packs as the shop won't be in English. But I'm not sure it fits the first 2 demands and i couldn't find any good templates for it. Actually, i couldn't find any. But eventually i could hire someone to design it for me.

    2. OS Commerce or Zen Cart. From what i know lack the first 2 demands also and are quite stupidly coded. Might be kind of difficult to customize them.

    3. The Avatics Shop seems pretty decent but yet again lacks those 2 demands from what i could see.

So, am i asking too much? Aren't there any CMS that could meet those two requirements? If you can help me with any advices or something, please post.

    10x, Mike

I think Joomla + Virtuemart have the first two functions. And i'm sure that Virtuemart has the multiple shop owners function.

Yea, I've been checking virtuemart and it seems it has both that functions, but unfortunately the multi user feature in still in alpha as does not work: "This feature is still in an early ALPHA stadium. Don't use it if you're not sure how to debug it. virtuemart is not really capable of managing multiple vendors"

Anyway, probably will be implemented on a next version.

I've also found xCart, seems pretty interesting, unfortunately it's kind of expensive and most of the good parts aren't included in the basic package...
