    Somebody ask to form a company, need to ask for help for assist...
    i called him "A"
    A is in Accounting Firm, want invest CRM system (Customer Relationship System) business.

    then A find me, to form a company

    requirement below
    ==============
    Contact: Half year, means the new CRM system need to finish within half year
    Every month salary RM3000, means USD9000++
    and because we are director on this company, for profit sharing on new CRM system
    he take 80%, i take 20%

    any idea for this situation?
    he is experience on his firm, got 60++ dealer.
    me under web development firm, not really much of client.
    company expenses, he will bear, but i don't know what kind of expenses will have
    i just only work for effort, but no put any investment cost, or any working capital.

    hopefully i can get somebody help. thanks and appreciates.
