I have an acess for all the server files and MYSQL.
on the database the code changed to 103080 and not a hash, like it was before.

I don't have the backup, WHAT CAN I DO?

That's right. Ideally they should be having backup.

All that and learn how do they get hold of your website... directory/file permission problem? htaccess? Ask the webhosting company to help you find out if possible. If your site is big enough you might be up for another attack.. faster then you might think.
