    So in this thread I found, it starts off with SP talking about allowing people to sell myspace accounts. Then they start poking at digg.com.

    Then, somehow it gets turned around on DP and they start bashing on DP. Lol.

    Personally, I like DP better. SP is only good to sell sites, domains, scripts, etc.

    Funny thing is, they are saying DP is nothing but a marketplace with some discussion. I see it the other way around personally..

    Personally, I'd say alexa has f**k all to do with it... SP blows because it has popups and the whole 'corporate' thing going on...

    Either way, pretty lame to be bashing 'rival' :)rolleyes:) forums anyway.

    Why can't people just be happy with having different avenues for finding their information. If everyone had the same setup and information then everyone would be boring.

    SP is more for programmers.
    It's also very good for the "contests" and their marketplace is on fire.

    The SEO/marketing area at SP is a joke. I only use SP when I need to push or sell a product/site.

    I have no complaints whether it is about marketplace or discussion forum from DP. Its a great place.

    I visit both forums and IMO each has its own plus/minus. So I choose to ignore the bashing and continue to learn from both forums. It's the type of 'discussion' that goes nowhere. DP won't close down because of that and SP won't win any award for the bashing, so what's the point getting worked up?

    DP definitely has more posting/activity going on, although quality discussions are few and far between! (Too much noise, possibly due to adsense sharing!)

    SP and DP are two different marketplaces/discussion forums and debate about who is best is unending, as DP memebers would obviously say DP is good for more obvious reasons and SP members would defend their community.

    Its a useless discussion, I assume that guy Fahd is a crackpot, who loves to jump-in now and then without getting even a Single thing.
    CPRV is wellknown Cracko too.
    So actually they were discussing about MySpace and Digg, which these two turned into the DP bashing.
