I dont know why but this year has started with lots of SPAM in my mailbox.

Looks like my e-mail adresses got exposed somewhere. I did some counting and just today I recieved 89 spam messages. While week ago it was under 15 per day.

Anyway if you have the same problems I'd recommend Mailwasher
    http://www.mailwasher.net/

It's doing great job to keep that sh.t on reasonable level or at least to sort out good emails from bad ones.

I second that. I forward all my e-mail to gMail simply because it has an AWESOME spam filter. I get nearly 4000 spam emails a month and gMail takes care of it all.

I have used my yahoo email sice 1998, so I tend to get alot of spam, thankfully it gets filtered into the bulk mail folder and deleted.

I've been using Mailwasher for quite some time now and it works beautifully. But most of the spam I receives ends up in my yahoo account email addy and it just ends up in the bulk folder and deleted.

I use both yahoo and gmail. They tend to block spam quite well. Despite the fact I've had my hotmail account since 02, I've all but abandoned it. Microsoft tried to get me to pay 19 bucks, and I told them to go to you know where.
