Specify Text adds within a block

I have an add on my site which is 300x250 a square block.

I have this set to text adds, but here is the problem.

I would like it to show 4 text adds all the time, but at the moment it randomly switches between 1 text add or 2 text adds or 4 text adds within the block.

Is it possible to set it so it shows 4 adds all the time?

 

I don't think so. Google shows the ad that will make the most money at any given time depending on how advertisers bid for the ad. So depending on what's happening, you'll get anything from 1 to 4 ads.

I'm assuming you want to put an image or something beside it which is why you're asking. Be careful with those types of things. They can get you banned.

 

I do have 4 images besides a block, but it only shows 4 adds sometimes, what is the regulation of images besides adds?

I would be willing to show my site some someone through a PM to see if it is legal, but don't wan't to post it here, if it is wrong some people get there rush from ratting people out.
