    I know breaking up can tear you apart, and your heart feels like its ripping out of your chest. Give it some time, that seems to help a little bit. Don't go out and do anything dumb, because you'll regret it. Sounds like you didn't leave on bad terms, maybe some time and being apart will bring you back together. If not, it wasn't meant to be :)
