    Hi-

    I've met someone with a (IMHO) valuable domain, and I want to offer him a deal where he provides content and I deal with infrastructure, advertising, SEO, etc. This would be a blog.

    Any ideas what a typical revenue split is on blog networks? Also, how are dissolution agreements typically structured?

    Please pardon the duplicate posting. I put a similar question up on the Blogging DP forum, but didn't get back much other than the obligatory "hire a lawyer."
