I've started using photoshop recently (since I want to build my graphics design portfolio and start a graphics media business soon offering my services :)). I was just wondering if you guys can give me feedback on this graphic. It's just a graphic that's suppose to be "spring-ish"

    Thanks :)

sure if its Spring in Emo-Land :p *joke*

but seriously its really good...not too sure about the diagonal lines in the background though - it looks like you have put a slight blur on them and IMO its taking away the nice sharpness of the image.

    still nice though

Seems to me, too many elements on the top half, I like the bottom half pattern a lot.

    Nice try!

Very true, the graphic does look a little bit too busy... I should try to balance things more next time :)

Agree with someone saying the pattern was blurry, make it "not blurry" and it will look better :)
+ instead of a yellow outer glow, try black, with 30% opacity!
