So back to the star wars film....
Is this the one with tupac and spok? or is that wars? what do the star wars people look like, do they have those wierd alien ears? ooooh is it the one with the sabertooth green gun thingymajig?

 

Sorry bout the hijack guys, in short, no I won't be going to see it, but, may wait till it comes out on video. Just something about these three that seem...blasphemous of the original trilogy, could be the fact that they are using CGI for the movement of jedi and such, who knows, I feel used

 

Not sure Princess Leia buns would make much of an improvement to my wife's appearance

It is myself and my wife and a bunch of other star wars nerds. Being in line we get to watch nerds battle with their $100+ lightsaber replicas, hear people drive by yelling "Loser!" or "Star Wars sucks!" and I even got egged by the drive by egging that happened on Friday night. Oh it's an experience all right.

Someone even brought a full scale remote controlled R2-D2 and was motoring it around in the parking lot. Plus there will be a costume contest just before the movie in the theater.

It's all about the experience and since this is the last one i want to be able to say that I camped out to see it at 00:01 on May 19th 2005.

In the scene where Han and Leia were about to kiss for the first time and C-3P0 walks in on them before they could kiss, someone yelled out "c*ckblocker!" hehe it was funny.

i'm gonna watch it at a drive-in

then download the screener version... then the dvd-rip once available.

 

My husband and I might make it. I have to get his schedule for this weekend, then we'll see if we're too late for tickets here. Probably are.

My husband says if they would just title it "The Death of Jar-Jar" they'd probably triple ticket sales.

i saw my first movie there w/my GF this weekend... nice place next to the border and the sound quality is awesome (cuz the broadcast it over the radio)... can't wait to check out SW.

 

A guy in work spent a few days trying to get Star Wars - Episode III from a P2P Network and it ended up being a pee oh or en movie....

It is pretty dissapointing to wait 3 days for a download and find out it's not what you were looking for when it's done.
