Nice! I remember going to drive-ins as a kid. Bit farther than I think we want to go this time, we'll probably check out the Clairmont theater, since my mother will be watching the kids and that's where she lives.

I recently lend out all my Star Wars DVDS to my friends so they can catch up with the story before they go watch the last film of the series. Apparently they were really confused about why the last film is "episode III" when they have been five of them out there. :D

I kind of wish them to watch them tonight, but they insisted on watching the reality show of Britney Spears first, since you can watch DVD anytime later. Ahh, girls. Well, I actually enjoyed the show, too.

I wonder how they would feel when they go see episode III... both I and II have been a bit kiddy... what about the really young fan base I and II established? Can they watch a PG-13 rated Star Wars without much problem?

He got what he deserved. Screw those morons who try to download music/movies illegally. Hopefully MPAA got his IP address! :D:D

Many reviews are saying EP3 is the best Star Wars movie ever; almost redeeming the franchise for EP1 & EP2. I have a ticket for the first show at the local theatre, midnight.

You think they will have any Hutt in this one? I highly doubt it... Hutt is either in Nal Hutta, Nar Shaddaa, or Tatooine. There wasn't any Hutt in Episode II and Episode V.

I just returned from viewing Star Wars, Episode III. All I can say is WOW!

The original Star Wars was released on my 4th birthday, and by the time Empire Strikes Back came out, I had probably seen Star Wars 30 times - so I'm one of those long time fans who grew up loving these movies. The first two episodes that came out were excellent flicks in my mind, but somehow they had lost the magic of the original trilogy. This movie is far different. It's what we've been waiting for - there are a lot of things that come out during this episode that provide the background information people like me have been starving for for decades. The movie is action packed too. The child-friendliness of the first episode, and the booring and poorly written love story that took up way too much time in the second episode are gone. This movie begins with action and ends with action with few stops during the film for anything that could slow it down. The special effects are classic ILM magic that amaze you, yet don't take center stage over the story line.

If you waited until the buzz died down before seeing Episodes I and II, don't do the same for this one. This one is by far the best of all six.

    Great! I can't wait!

    Just 9 more hours.....

I paid my little cousin and his little buddy $5 to save us 6 seats. That way I can get there a few minutes before the show starts and just cruise on in.

Yeah I saw it last night, err very early today at 12:01, and I too am liking this one the best.

But it very hard to watch such a tragedy and be happy about it. I can see why it was rated PG-13 (A first for any Star Wars film).

Yes it ties up a lot of things from the original trilogy and the prequals, but still a very dark and devistating movie.

    Anakin is very bad. :(

well I found the last two so disappointing that I don't even care anymore. Maybe I'll go see this one in a couple weeks. I do have to thank Lucas for inspiring one of the greatest moments in comedic history...

I can say that it was better than first two episodes
But not the best of 6 ofcourse,

It was tooooo easy to change Anakin's side...

    anakin join my way
    - okay

    and one more thing
in his dream anakin saw padme was dying while giving a birth
and he know he didn't kill her
but at the end why does he belive D.S.'s lie?

There's a group boycotting the film because they think it is critical of George Bush. Apparently Lucas said something about how the film turned out to parallel the erosion of democratic freedoms uder Bush.

    http://pabaah.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=930

That's reading an awful lot into a film that was plotted out long, long ago.
