    Hey guys..

    does anyone have any idea how to start a small BPO business? Right now there are a lot of BPO companies in my country and i was wondering if and whether it was possible in a small scale.?

    The idea is to get some US/Europe/Canada based companies to have you help them in their business process.

    Anybody have anything to share about this?? Thank you. :)

    after that you will need arrange the data base, and different tieups to be done with companies

    Dear First of all you need to take some idea from any company who is involving in BPO. I can only share some my key points.

    * Don't take extra work at your end
    * Complete analysis before sending any quotation
    * Make sure that your earning is more than your expenses
    * Make Leads from different Platforms
    * Service Delivery campaigns are beneficial and long last
    * Take some Campaigns like air duct cleaning, Insurance, and Fumigation

    Please make your mind before starting any thing
