    If you are planning a long term website, which is sounds like you are, and dealing with all of the things involved in an original content site you need a solid business plan.

    I have wrote out some tutorials (sig) on things people can do to protect themselves when dealing with legalities and making sure you are structured correctly.

    From the read of your article, it sounds like you are following a good course and sound planning. The legalities when dealing with sports teams and such would be my main concern. What is fair use, and what is not.
