Stay away from a2hosting.com

Hello all!

I would like to share my experience about a2hosting.com company that advertise here in the forum a lot. I have been working with them for 1 year and everything was fine unless I decided to purchase new dedicated server. I ordered over 2 weeks ago and I was said they will migrate exist server in few days. Then the sales staff I talked to disappeared and right before migration different staff told me that server is not in the rack therefor they can not proceed with the migration.

Fine. I had to wait one more week. But what happened is that the migration did not proceed. It takes sales staff to reply to my ticket 3+ days and they do not reply to my questions at all. If I try to ask about my migration on the chat they always say hold on for a minute and I wait 20+ minutes and they stop reply to me. I tried escale my issues to superior of current staff but no luck.

They give very bad support once you need anything else then power cycle the server in case it stops responding.

Do you have any suggestions for better dedicated hosting provider? Thank you.
