    What I can do?

    You can do a WhoIs and then contact their host.

    Are the pictures linked to your site or are they on their server?

    First thing is write to them and warn them that you'll take all the actions to close their website and even more - if they do not remove all the content which was copied. If they do not respond, write to the host, next step is to call the host.

    Once I had such a situation and made them remove all the content they copied.

    And what if contact his host? would they help? anyway he can move to another hosting.
