    i think!!! There's certainly the medical reason, which no doubt factors highly. Jobs was on medical leave, after all, most likely due to complications from the pancreatic cancer he beat a few years ago.

    Doesn't really matter - he's still on the board, so he'll be doing exactly what he's been doing the past 4 years. Only he won't be the spokesperson anymore.

    He still gets paid major bank...

    But really it is none of my business to know what Steve Job's does with his life. So nay, I do not have any thoughts.

    Apple will keep on marching without him if they wanted. And new products will roll out. And people will buy it.

    They could advertise Steve Jobs long after he was dead and people would buy.
