I just started 2 PPC campaigns on StumbleUpon and was wondering what to expect. Has anyone run a campaign before and willing to share their experience?

I didn't. Stumblers normally randomly stumble sites for leisure, they are frequent internet users, come and go quickly, it is hard to make profit from PPC.

However I haven't run a PPC campaign on StumbleUpon, but I think the most of people on this network does not have the intension of buying a product most of the time. So I think traffic from this network is not of much value from monetization prospective at least.

I haven't tried their PPC program, I have used them in the past to draw some traffic through the regular stumble means, though I get a surge of traffic that is usually about the extent of it, I have never made any actual sales off of it. Not to say it is not possible I've just never had good luck at it

I have not used the PPC programs on any of the social networking sites. But I would say after doing some research it may not even be worth it to advertise on StumbleUpon in particular because they have quite few negative customer service comments on the web. Also alot of the users on social networking sites appear to be looking for news and not necessarily to buy something. So you might be better off generating traffic by blogging and submitting/bookmarking links of content. That is just my two cents.

I haven't tried their PPC Ads program. I'm just on stumbleupon to submit the sites and blogs that I enjoy viewing and reading.
